Cara L. Boroda, the Firm's associate attorney, was born in Los Angeles in 1983. In 2005, Ms. Boroda earned her B.A. in Law and Society from the UCSB, and in 2010, she earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. In 2010, Ms. Boroda was admitted to the California Bar and the United States District Court (Central District). Ms. Boroda is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. Ms. Boroda joined Adelman & Seide, LLP in 2011.

While attending Southwestern Law School, Ms. Boroda externed for the Honorable Scott M. Gordon and the Honorable Mark A. Juhas, family law Judges of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. Ms. Boroda was a certified clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. She was also the recipient of the Max A. Goodman Scholarship Fund, the CALI Award, and Witkin Award for her outstanding achievement in the study of family law.

Ms. Boroda resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Joshua.
